2024 ONLINE GRANT PROCESS — IS CLOSED

The 2024 Online Grant Application process is closed for 2024, and will open February 1, 2025.

The Hern Family Foundation application process requires just a few small steps.


1. REVIEW ELIGIBILITY, GUIDELINES & DEADLINES

Review the Foundation’s Guidelines to make certain that your 
agency meets the basic requirements to apply for funding.

If this is the first time you are applying for a grant from the Hern Family Foundation, 
please contact Annette Booker at info@hernfamilyfoundation.com to discuss prior to beginning the application. 


2. FILL OUT OUR APPLICATION

Select Grant Application Hern Family Foundation to open our application. Fill it out completely online, and save your finished copy to upload for submission.


3. UPLOAD YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION

Upload your finished application and all necessary documents in our form field below.
